Linkura offers a platform for tracking stress levels and has its origins in research at the medical faculty and the department of IMT at Linköping University. The platform consists of a patented ECG sensor, mobile apps for iOS and Android, cloud infrastructure, and the digital guide Linus. The stress measurement is done through an analysis of health markers taken from a medical grade EKG. The EKG also captures information about lifestyles such as physical activity and sleep quality. Using data from these factors and answers to subjective questions, a stress level can be determined. The results show which parameters need to be reviewed depending on which goals have been set. The aim is to give individuals an understanding of their bodies so they can make proactive changes in their lifestyles.
