XperDis’s vision is to provide engineering tools for an efficient design process and maximized opportunities for innovation. The technology applied to XperDi is based on more than 10 years of research at Linköping University, originating in the Faculty of Technology and the department IEI. XperDi’s view is that there is a more efficient way of product development, where human resources are not wasted on repetitive tasks. The goal is to provide the tools necessary to achieve an optimized and agile product development process where non-creative design is eliminated. This allows mechanical engineers to spend more time creating value through innovation and ingenuity.
